1. HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

2. WHERE DO WE DELIVER?

We offer international shipping options.

 

3. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR THE BUYER TO RECEIVE THEIR ORDER?

This may vary depending on your region. For a standard shipping time, please refer to the table below:

– Handle time: 2-3 business days.

– Shipping time for USA: 6-8 business days.

– Shipping time for international: 9-19 business days.

4. CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We dont accept shipments to multiple addresses for a single order. If youre ordering to multiple locations, please place each order individually.

 

5. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO PO BOXES OR MILITARY APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We cant ship to military APO/FPO addresses. We can ship to PO Boxes, but we cannot ship to APO/FPO Military addresses.

 

6. WILL I BE CHARGED VAT TAXES?

Items are shipped without duties, taxes and fees paid to the US Customs Office(DDP) if your order is coming from the US. Furthermore, we do not charge VAT if your order is coming from the US. All customs, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the recipient. For example, depending on when your package arrives in your country, it may need to be processed by local customs or VAT. Please contact your local customs office for more information about their policies.

 

7. THE WRONG ADDRESS, LOST ORDERS

Once your order has been delivered to your regional post office, you can request that it be redirected.
